Summary

On September 22, 2015, at approximately 4:04 p.m., [redacted] arrived at her residence located at [redacted] in Manhattan. [redacted]'s husband, [redacted] was already at home. [redacted] and [redacted] had a conversation about french fries that he purchased, during which she accused him of buying them only for himself, and not for her children.
At approximately, 4:20 p.m., the police arrived at the location due to a 911 call from an anonymous individual, identified via investigation as [redacted] informing them about an ongoing domestic dispute. PO Cyril Nicholas and PO Douglas Sheehan of the 7th Precinct responded to the 911 call. (PO Sheehan was recently transferred to the 625 Command.) When PO Nicholas and PO Sheehan arrived at [redacted], they heard a female and male yelling, and screaming at each other. PO Sheehan and PO Nicholas knocked on the front door for approximately 10 minutes, before [redacted] opened the door. [redacted] was standing right behind [redacted] when he opened the door. [redacted] asked the officers why they came to his apartment. PO Nicholas explained that he and PO Sheehan received a call for a domestic dispute, and that they needed to enter the apartment to make sure that everything was alright.
[redacted] pushed through [redacted] and began yelling and screaming at PO Nicholas and PO Sheehan saying, "Get out...get out. You not allowed." [redacted] did not want the officers to enter her apartment. [redacted] then tried to close the front door, however PO Nicholas put his foot inside the apartment, preventing the door from being closed. PO Nicholas and PO Sheehan then entered the apartment (Allegations A and B). [redacted] did not try to prevent the officers from coming inside, and he stepped aside without saying anything.
PO Nicholas and PO Sheehan walked through a small hallway that led to the living room, and attempted to speak with [redacted]. [redacted] continued to yell, scream, and wave her arms in PO Sheehan's face. PO Sheehan asked [redacted] to step back, and not to... Read report for details.
