Summary

On September 23, 2015, at approximately 11 a.m., [redacted] went to the Midtown-North Stationhouse, located at 306 West 54th Street, in Manhattan, to file a grand larceny complaint for the theft of her vehicle. [redacted] spoke with Sgt. Jean Woods and three other unidentified female officers. All four officers made fun of her, with each officer calling [redacted] a "slut" and referring to her as a "prostitute" (Allegations A and B). [redacted] left the stationhouse without being arrested or summonsed. The officers did not take [redacted] complaint.
