On October 1, 2015 at approximately 10 p.m., [redacted]'s vehicle was stopped in the vicinity of Marcy Avenue between Kosciusko Street and Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn by PO Richard Danese and PO Brian Alexander from the 79th Precinct (Allegations A and B). PO Danese immediately asked [redacted] whether he was on probation or parole (Allegation C).
