On October 7, 2015, at approximately 4:36 p.m., at Essex Street and Broome Street in Manhattan, [redacted] was pulled over by PO Adam Quiles of the 7th Precinct for making an improper turn. PO Quiles issued [redacted] two summonses, for [redacted] and allegedly threw the summonses and [redacted]s identification information through the window at her, causing the summonses to hit her on cheek (Allegation A).
