On October 1, 2015, at approximately 9:00 p.m., [redacted] called 911 to have [redacted] removed from his apartment at [redacted] in Manhattan. PO Julien Collins and PO Sasenarine Ramlakhan arrived and would not let [redacted] move freely in his apartment. [redacted] called 911 again and asked for a supervisor. Sgt. Steven Eromenok arrived and allegedly said, "To hell with you, I don't give a damn about your problems," "I don't give a God damn about your situation, to hell with you," or, "I don't give a fuck about what you do."
