On October 29, 2015, at approximately 7:15 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were walking to a store on 160th Street and 107th Avenue in Queens. PO Deangelo Jones and Sgt. Edwin Ferreira of the 103rd Precinct were parked in a police vehicle when [redacted] walked past them. PO Jones and Sgt. Ferreira exited the vehicle and approached [redacted]. PO Jones and Sgt.
