On November 20, 2015, at approximately 6:50 p.m., [redacted] was driving with his girlfriend, [redacted] and [redacted] old son, [redacted] when he was pulled over by PO Christopher Sanchez and PO Brian Leguernic from the 110th Precinct on 99th Street between Horace Harding Expressway and 57th Avenue, in Queens.
