On December 29, 2015, at approximately 10:00 p.m., [redacted] was driving his vehicle with his friends [redacted] and [redacted] was going to drop off [redacted] and [redacted] at their homes. On Avenue N and East 87th Street, in Brooklyn, [redacted] was pulled over by Sgt. Daniel Guida of the 69th Precinct (Allegation A). [redacted] denied committing any VTL violations. PO Ryan Courten, PO Alexis Bruno, PO Matthew Krauszer, and PO Louis Villegas of the 69th Precinct were also present at the scene. Sgt. Guida asked [redacted] to step out of his vehicle and allegedly frisked him (Allegation B). An officer also allegedly frisked [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations C and D). PO Courten allegedly searched [redacted] Is vehicle and recovered four fraudulent credit cards belonging to [redacted] (Allegation E). Sgt. Guida allegedly said to [redacted] "I can say you were doing dope and get away with it, nigga," and, "I can do what I want, nigga." (Allegation F) Sgt. Guida also allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] and take him to the stationhouse (Allegation G). Guida provided his name, but PO Courten, PO Bruno, PO Krauszer, and PO Villegas allegedly refused to provide their names (Allegations H, I, J, and K).
