Nelson asked for [redacted] to step out of his vehicle and that while he was not under arrest, he would be placed in handcuffs. While [redacted] was in the process of being handcuffed, he allegedly asked for both of the officers' badge numbers by saying "Why are y'all doing this? I want y'all badge numbers?"
