On May 13, 2015, at approximately 1:30 a.m., at [redacted] in the Bronx, [redacted] alerted Sgt. Jeffrey Heilig and PO Joseph Signorile of Bronx Borough Anti-Crime that he had just been robbed at gunpoint by a group of individuals, and [redacted] in the Bronx. Sgt. Heilig, PO Signorile, and [redacted] drove to [redacted] and [redacted] told the officers that he had been robbed in the basement of [redacted]. Sgt. Heilig and PO Signorile entered [redacted] apartment, located at [redacted] in the Bronx (Allegations A and B). [redacted], who was inside of the apartment, was told to come outside with the officers. [redacted] identified [redacted] as one of the individuals who had robbed him. [redacted] was arrested and taken to the 44th Precinct stationhouse.
