On April 3, 2016, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Sergeant Nikolaos Stefopoulos, from the 123rd Precinct, stopped, frisked and searched [redacted] and [redacted] in front of 211 Main Street in Staten Island (Allegations A, B, and C).
