On April 29, 2016, at approximately 9:40 a.m., PO Michael Jeanbart and additional officers from PSA-5, as well as officers from the Emergency Service Unit, executed a search warrant at [redacted] in Manhattan (Allegation A). Upon entry, Det. Lenno Hendricks of the Emergency Service Unit, identified by the investigation, allegedly punched [redacted] in the face (Allegation B). [redacted] asked the officers if they had a search warrant, and Sgt. Killilea, identified by the investigation, showed the search warrant to her. [redacted] requested Sgt. Killilea's name, and Sgt. Killilea allegedly told her he would talk to her when he was finished, but never did (Allegation C).
