However, on June 15, 2016, [redacted] appeared and gave testimony on the incident, alleging: that he, [redacted] and approximately four other individuals were stopped (Allegations A, B, C, D) and frisked by officers (Allegations E, G, H, I, J, K, and L); that when Sgt. Nunez frisked [redacted] he was told to remove cash from a pocket (Allegation F ); that an officer searched a parked vehicle at the scene (Allegation M); and that later at the stationhouse, while filing his complaint, [redacted] was pushed by Sgt.
