Summary

On May 17, 2016, at approximately 7:27 p.m., [redacted] was driving his vehicle with passenger [redacted] in the vicinity of 220th Street and Hempstead Avenue when he was pulled over by PO Danny Chung and Sgt. Michael Butler of the 105th Precinct, who were driving an unmarked RMP (Allegations A and B). PO Chung approached [redacted] 's window and Sgt. Butler approached [redacted] 's window and ordered them out of the vehicle. PO Chung frisked [redacted] while Sgt. Butler frisked [redacted] (Allegations C and D). Following these frisks, PO Chung guarded [redacted] and [redacted] while Sgt. Butler entered [redacted] 's vehicle via the front driver's side door and searched the vehicle (Allegation E). After approximately 10 minutes, Sgt. Butler finished his search and ordered [redacted] and [redacted] back inside [redacted] 's vehicle. Once back inside the vehicle, Sgt. Butler took [redacted] 's keys and searched his vehicle's trunk (also Allegation E). Sgt.
