On May 13, 2016, at approximately 7:30 p.m., [redacted] was at the 40th Precinct stationhouse with her husband, [redacted] and [redacted] went to the 40th Precinct stationhouse to file a criminal complaint against [redacted], whom [redacted] was in a physical altercation with, and [redacted] threatened [redacted] and [redacted] year old daughter during that altercation. [redacted] was speaking to Captain Thomas Alps from the 40th Precinct and Captain Alps allegedly told her, "I don't have time for this, this is bullshit, and I'm not scared to lock nobody up."
