Summary

On June 1, 2016, at 6:05 a.m., officers from Narcotics Borough Manhattan North executed a search warrant at [redacted] in Manhattan. [redacted] was in the three-bedroom apartment with four of her grandchildren, [redacted] and [redacted] old [redacted]'s three month old son was also inside of the apartment. Det. Pedro Marcano from Narcotics Borough Manhattan North breached [redacted]'s front door and damaged the lock before he entered with other officers from Narcotics Borough Manhattan North and searched the apartment (Allegation A). Det. Marcano allegedly repeatedly told [redacted] to "shut the fuck up" and said, "shut the fuck up or I'm going to put the fucking handcuffs on you." (Allegation B) Det. Marcano allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation C).
[redacted] was in the bathroom with [redacted] and [redacted] Det. Shawn Wilkinson of Narcotics Borough Manhattan North allegedly pointed his gun directly at [redacted]'s face for approximately a minute (Allegation D). [redacted] told Det. Taiwo Adeleke of Narcotics Borough Manhattan North to call an ambulance because she had bad anxiety. Det. Adeleke allegedly refused to obtain medical attention for [redacted] (Allegation E).
[redacted] was brought to the living room with [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] was taken to the hallway and subsequently arrested. Lt. Timothy Kearns of Narcotics Borough Manhattan North was the supervisor. [redacted] asked Lt. Kearns for his name and requested that he write his name down. Lt.
