PO Darrell Lowe spoke discourteously and made remarks to [redacted] based upon gender (Allegation A and B). PO Darrell Lowe damaged [redacted]'s property by kicking her door (Allegation C). PO Darrell Lowe used physical force against [redacted] (Allegation D). It is also alleged that PO Darrell Lowe gestured discourteously towards [redacted] as he exited [redacted] in the Bronx (Allegation E).
