Summary

At approximately 1:15 p.m. on June 18, 2016, [redacted] was in her home at [redacted] in Queens. [redacted] was working on her property. [redacted] said that [redacted] did not complete the work to her satisfaction, and did not tell her how much he was going to charge until after he was finished. Because of this, [redacted] did not want to pay [redacted] the full amount. [redacted] called her friend, [redacted] to take her to the bank. [redacted] called 911. About 10 minutes later, PO Crystal Collins and PO Andre Gayle of the 105th Precinct arrived. PO Collins told [redacted] that she had to pay [redacted] and allegedly used offensive language towards [redacted] based on her age (Allegation A). PO Gayle entered [redacted] Is home (Allegation B). PO Gayle told [redacted] that she could be arrested for refusing to pay [redacted] (Allegation C). [redacted] pushed PO Gayle, and PO Gayle told [redacted] that she could be arrested for assaulting a police officer (Allegation D). [redacted] arrived and [redacted] and PO Gayle exited her home.
