On July 15, 2016, at approximately 4:30 p.m., [redacted] was on the Coney Island boardwalk with a group of his friends, within the vicinity of West 16th Street and Boardwalk West, when he was approached by Deputy Inspector William Taylor and Captain James King, both of the 60th Precinct. DI Taylor allegedly knocked cups out of [redacted] and individuals' hands (Allegations A and B). DI Taylor allegedly said, "What the fuck [redacted] (Allegation C).
