On July 15, 2016, at approximately 7:00 p.m., [redacted] was walking on [redacted] and [redacted] in the Bronx when he was stopped by Police Officer Michael Cautillo and PO Carla Dinome, both of PSA 7. PO Cautillo allegedly told [redacted] to "Shut the fuck up" (Allegation A and B). PO Cautillo frisked and searched [redacted] on the street (Allegations C and D) and allegedly strip-searched him in their police van (Allegation E). Once at the PSA 7 stationhouse, Sergeant Jason Korpolinski authorized the strip search of [redacted] (Allegation F). [redacted] received a summons for unlawful use of marijuana and was charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, bribery in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
