On August 20, 2016, at approximately 7:30 a.m., Captain Courtney Nilan of the 101st Precinct supervised the entry and search of [redacted]'s apartment, located at [redacted] in Queens, pursuant to a search warrant obtained by PO Christopher D'Alessandro of the 101st Precinct (Board Review 01) (Allegation A). [redacted]'s apartment was occupied by the following: [redacted]'s son, [redacted] who slept in the living room. [redacted]'s daughter, [redacted] who was in a bedroom with her boyfriend, [redacted] and their sons, [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted]'s daughter, [redacted] who slept in the master bedroom with [redacted] and [redacted]'s brother, [redacted] who was staying in the bedroom, right off of the living room, but at the time was in the bathroom at the very end of the inside hallway, and two dogs.
