Summary

On August 19, 2016 at approximately 10:20 p.m., [redacted] and her husband, [redacted] were unpacking groceries from [redacted]s vehicle, which was double parked in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn. They were approached by Police Officer Tzu Cheung from 61st Precinct, who asked them to move their vehicle. During the interaction, PO Cheung allegedly told [redacted] that "he didn't give a shit" about her unpacking the groceries (Allegation A). When [redacted] showed PO Cheung a PBA card, he allegedly replied "I don't give a fuck about that, that shit don't mean nothing to me" (Within Allegation A). PO Cheung also allegedly told [redacted] that her "black ass got to move" as well as "go ahead with your black self" (Allegation B).
