Summary

On September 1, 2016, at approximately 2:00 a.m., [redacted] and an unidentified individual were sitting inside of [redacted]'s car in the back parking lot of the Americas Best Value Inn, located at 1705 Linden Boulevard in Brooklyn, when they were approached by Sergeant Matthew Cahill and Police Officer Jonathan Taveras of the 73rd Precinct. [redacted] and the unidentified individual were asked to step out of the vehicle (allegations A and B). Sergeant Cahill searched the unidentified individual (allegation C).
