On September 11, 2016, at approximately 3:30 p.m., [redacted] went to the TD 33 stationhouse to file a complaint about an earlier incident [redacted] and spoke with the desk sergeant, identified by the investigation as Sgt. Peter Ieraci. [redacted] asked Sgt. Ieraci to take a complaint. Sgt. Ieraci told [redacted] that he could not file a complaint there and would need to do it at the CCRB (Allegation A). [redacted] then went to the 90th Precinct stationhouse, where he filed his original complaint and an additional complaint about Sgt. Ieraci's refusal to take his complaint at the TD 33 stationhouse.
