On October 4, 2016, [redacted] drove his cousin [redacted] and her friend, [redacted] to the corner of South Road and Sutphin Boulevard in Queens. [redacted] then drove his vehicle, double parked it approximately a block away from the location, and waited for [redacted] and [redacted] to return to the vehicle. [redacted] sold marijuana [redacted]
Det. Toribio and Det. McGee stopped [redacted] and [redacted] approximately half a block away from [redacted]'s vehicle. [redacted] alleged that when she was stopped, Det. Toribio told her to "Turn the fuck around" and "shut the fuck up." (Allegation A) Sgt. Sinatra and PO Russo stopped [redacted] while he was in his vehicle.
