On November 16, 2016, at approximately 8:30 a.m., PO Derrick Kreckmann from PSA 8 was on his way from the Bronx to Manhattan the Cross Bronx Expressway and East Tremont Avenue when he tried to maneuver his police van around [redacted] vehicle. PO Kreckmann eventually maneuvered his vehicle into a position where he could see [redacted] staring back at him. PO Kreckmann looked at [redacted] sitting inside of her vehicle and mouthed, "What the fuck are you looking at?" (Allegation A). [redacted] followed PO Kreckmann as he drove down East Tremont Avenue and she observed PO Kreckmann make a U-turn as she was stopped at another traffic signal. PO Kreckmann drove the police van back towards [redacted] who was still waiting for the traffic signal. PO Kreckmann passed [redacted] in his police van, looked at her, and then stuck his tongue out (Allegation B). PO Kreckmann then drove away. Read report for details.
