On March 9, 2017, at approximately 7:43 p.m., [redacted] was riding his All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) down Dunkirk Drive in Queens. PO Brian Nelson and PO William Schroder of the 113th Precinct attempted to stop [redacted] and allegedly struck [redacted]s ATV with their RMP (Allegation A).
