On March 26, 2017 at approximately 9:20 p.m., PO Charles Gove, Det. Christan Jimenez, and PO Tyrone Hogue of the 47th Precinct Detective Squad, knocked on the door to [redacted] The officers were canvassing the area in search of a missing cellphone, and [redacted] answered. PO Gove explained that the officers were seeking information about a grand larceny, and [redacted] was cooperative. As [redacted] and PO Gove were speaking, PO Gove grabbed [redacted]'s wrist (Allegation A). [redacted] pulled his arm back, and began yelling at PO Gove for touching him.
