Summary

On March 31, 2017, at approximately 7:38 a.m., [redacted] called 911 to her home, located at [redacted] in Queens, because she had an altercation with her former roommate, [redacted] who was being evicted on this date. [redacted] left the location prior to [redacted] calling 911. PO Angel Colon and PO Jacob Piser, both assigned to the 105th Precinct, responded to this call. PO Colon allegedly took [redacted] identification to fill out the criminal complaint report and did not return it to [redacted] (Allegation A). The officers returned to [redacted] house two more times this day. PO Colon allegedly told [redacted] that if she called 911 again, she would be arrested (Allegation B). [redacted] continually went back to the 105th Precinct stationhouse in the following days to obtain her identification and to file a new criminal complaint report that she felt more accurately covered her concerns. A new criminal complaint report was filed (Board Review 09), but she never received her identification. Read report for details.
