On March 29, 2017, at approximately 2:55 a.m., Police Officer Edward Pellerano and Police Officer Francisco Garza, from the 47th Precinct, stopped [redacted] s car for a tinted window at White Plains and Nereid Avenue in the Bronx. PO Pellerano allegedly told [redacted] "Get out of the car. Get out of the car or I'll tase you" (Allegation A). PO Pellerano allegedly frisked [redacted] (Allegation B) and searched his car (Allegation C).
