Summary

[redacted] alleged that on April 12, 2017 at approximately 4:45PM, she called the 71st Precinct detective squad in order to get a complaint number for her missing daughter. She spoke to Detective Ansari Kalil, of the 71st Precinct detective squad. [redacted] asked Det. Kalil for a case number, which he provided. [redacted] asked Det. Kalil which detective was assigned the case; Det. Kalil told her he did not know. [redacted] asked for Det. Kalil's name, which he provided. Det. Kalil then told [redacted] to hold on. Det.
