Summary

At approximately 10:30 am on March 23, 2017, PO Thomas Mercado, PO Rafael Zaldivar, PO Joseph Tozzi, PO Christopher Corulla, PO Tomas Schir, and PO Eleanor Kelly, all of the 62nd Precinct, responded to [redacted] following a 911 call made by a doctor. EMT's [redacted] and [redacted] arrived shortly after and told [redacted] that she needed be taken to the hospital (Allegations A, B, C, D, E, and F).
