Summary

At approximately 9:46 a.m. on April 13, 2017, [redacted] of the Administration for Children's Services visited [redacted]s apartment, located at [redacted], in Manhattan, because [redacted] had reported that his [redacted]-old son, [redacted] would not wake up. [redacted] was accompanied by PO Mainul Haque and PO Maria Torres of PSA 6. [redacted] invited [redacted] and the officers into his apartment and [redacted] spoke with [redacted]
Sgt. Nadia Morant and PO Joan Pichardo of PSA 6 arrived. [redacted] heard an officer state that they suspected [redacted] was intoxicated. Sgt. Morant requested an ambulance and one arrived containing EMT [redacted] and EMT [redacted]. [redacted] was forcibly removed to [redacted] (Allegation A).
