On May 2, 2017, at approximately 6pm, PO James Lindquist and PO Edgar Rivera of the 52nd Precinct stopped [redacted] vehicle on the corner of Grand Concourse and East 198th Street in the Bronx, for a defective brake light located on the rear of [redacted] vehicle (Allegations A and B).
