Summary

On June 10, 2017 at approximately 8:10 pm, [redacted] was pulled over by PO Joseph Martinez and PO Jason Franquiz of Police Service Area 7 while driving the wrong way on Courtland Avenue between 155th and 156th Streets in the Bronx. When [redacted] began to exit his vehicle in order to speak to the officers, PO Martinez allegedly said to him, "Get back in the car, nigga.
