On April 23, 2017, at approximately 3:42 am, [redacted] was pulled over by PO Gregory Kielb of the 102nd Precinct at the corner of 101st Avenue and 120th Street in Queens (Allegation A). An exchange occurred through the driver's side window during which [redacted] requested PO Kielb's name and shield number several times, which PO Kielb refused to provide (Allegation B).
