On July 2, 2017, at approximately 8:00 p.m., [redacted] went the 94th Precinct stationhouse pursuant to a court order mandating that he release his son, Noah [redacted] to the custody of his ex-wife. [redacted]'s girlfriend, [redacted] was present with [redacted]. Police Officer Brian Murphy of Patrol Borough Queens North approached [redacted] outside of the stationhouse and initiated a conversation about [redacted]'s court order. [redacted] declined PO Murphy's advice and in response, PO Murphy either called [redacted] an "asshole" or "jerkoff" (Allegation A).
