On August 7, 2017, at approximately 12:30 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were resting in their duplex apartment at [redacted] in Brooklyn, when Sergeant David Cheesewright of Intel-Criminal Intelligence Section, Police Officer Leonard Clarke of the 84th Precinct, and other officers from the 73rd Precinct and 84th Precinct executed a search warrant inside of [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
