On August 18, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m., [redacted] and his wife, [redacted] exited the Bronx DA's office located at 198 East 161st Street, in the Bronx, [redacted]. After exiting the building, [redacted] approached PO Daniel Diaz, from the 44th Precinct, who was writing [redacted] a summons for parking in front of a bus stop. During [redacted]'s conversation with PO Diaz, PO Diaz allegedly said, "People die all the time," and allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] for disorderly conduct (Allegations A and B).
