On July 25, 2017, at approximately 4:49 p.m., [redacted] was standing with several friends of his, [redacted] and [redacted] at Godwin Terrace and West 231st Street, in the Bronx. The group was approached by PO Mayko Matos and PO Richard Planamenta, of the 50th Precinct, and they stopped [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations A and B - Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Matos frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegations C and D – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). [redacted] and [redacted] were arrested for [redacted].
