Summary

On September 7, 2017, at approximately 6:38 p.m., [redacted] was arrested at [redacted] in Staten Island by PO Vincent Giuliano and PO Jihad Shahin, both of the 120th Precinct. PO Giuliano and PO Shahin allegedly spoke discourteously to [redacted] on scene (Allegations A and B: Discourtesy, unsubstantiated). [redacted] was charged with assault in the third degree and was transported to the 120th Precinct. While being brought into the stationhouse and once in front of the desk, [redacted] allegedly requested medical attention from Lt. Ryan Padell of the 120th Precinct (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated). Several hours later, [redacted] was taken to [redacted] in Staten Island. On September 8, 2017, at approximately 6:00 p.m., [redacted] returned to the 120th Precinct Stationhouse to retrieve her property. [redacted] informed an officer, identified by the investigation as PO Christopher Adinolfi of the 120th Precinct that she wished to file a complaint against an officer. PO Adinolfi allegedly responded, "I don't have to do shit" (Allegation D: Discourtesy, unsubstantiated).
