At approximately 9:18 p.m. on September 20, 2017, [redacted] was inside of his home located at [redacted] in Brooklyn when he noticed red lights flashing outside of his window. [redacted] looked outside of his window and saw an individual, [redacted] sitting inside of his vehicle while three officers, Sergeant Daniel Guida, Police Officer Louis Villegas, and Police Officer Nicklas Yardan of the 69th Precinct, interacted with [redacted] and his vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) [redacted] exited his house and began recording the incident on his cellphone.
