On August 17, 2017, at approximately 12:30 a.m., [redacted] was in the vicinity of 441 East 187th Street in the Bronx when Police Officers Antonio Martinez and Rudolf Lumezi of the 48th precinct stopped him (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
