On October 21, 2017, at about 11:00 pm, at Nostrand Avenue and Martense Street in Brooklyn, PO Alessandro Negri and PO Tony Ip (of Strategic Resource Group) stopped [redacted] for carrying an open container. Upon engaging him, PO Negri and PO Ip allegedly frisked [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Frisk: Unsubstantiated, Allegation B: Abuse of Authority - Frisk: Substantiated). An officer identified as PO Negri then searched [redacted] (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority – Search: Substantiated).
