On October 13, 2017, at approximately 8:55 a.m., inside [redacted] in Manhattan, PO Lei Cui of the 32nd Precinct, who currently holds the rank of sergeant, allegedly placed [redacted] against the wall and applied pressure to her mid-back while she was telling him she was pregnant (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]).
