On November 8, 2017 at approximately 11:10 p.m., PO Darren Sukennikoff and PO Stephen Santoro, from the 45th Precinct, stopped [redacted] and [redacted] outside of Ferry Point Park, in the Bronx (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, exonerated). PO Sukennikoff frisked [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, substantiated). PO Santoro frisked [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations E and F: Abuse of Authority, substantiated).
