Summary

On November 7, 2017, at approximately 9:18 a.m., [redacted] was driving southbound along the FDR Drive and 125th Street in Manhattan. Also inside of this vehicle were [redacted] and [redacted] ([redacted] s mother, sister, and cousin, respectively).
