On November 28, 2017, at approximately 8:29 a.m., PO Joseph Filippi and PO Eric Chan, from the 81st Precinct, responded to a domestic dispute at [redacted]'s apartment, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. PO Filippi allegedly spoke discourteously to [redacted] (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
