Summary

On November 23, 2017, at approximately 11:30p.m., [redacted] was asked to leave a Rite Aid pharmacy located at 2170 Frederick Douglas Boulevard in Manhattan by the store security guard. When she refused to leave the location, Police Officer Keyana Kendall and Police Officer Chanel Johns of the 28th Precinct responded. Police Officer Kendall and Police Officer Johns informed [redacted] that she had to leave the location and [redacted] in response asked Police Officer Kendall for his shield number.
