On December 1, 2017, at approximately 7:45 p.m., [redacted] went to the 28th Precinct stationhouse in Manhattan. [redacted] went to the stationhouse to pick up his children pursuant to a custody agreement. [redacted]'s ex-wife refused to give the children to [redacted]. Sgt. Frank Arnedos escorted [redacted]'s ex-wife and the children out of the stationhouse. Afterwards, Sgt. Arnedos allegedly waved at [redacted] mockingly (Allegation A: Discourtesy, unsubstantiated).
